Tim Giles, President

After graduating from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, Tim began his construction career as a superintendent with a large homebuilder.  Over the next six years Tim held positions as a supervisor for a nationwide apartment  reconstruction company and foreman for an industrial flooring company before starting T&M Construction.
For the past twenty years, Tim has been responsible for the daily operations of T&M Construction. 
Tim's hands on management style has kept T&M Construction's quality controls at the highest level. Tim continues to spend the majority of his time in the field sharing his construction experience with  superintendents and crewmen alike.
